Western Australia

Western Australia

Australia is one of the oldest lands on earth; visitors to Western Australia will notice this in the unique and dramatic landscapes around the coastal hinterland which are full of exciting holiday opportunities, whether you are looking for action packed adventure or a relaxed getaway.

Plunge into a landscape of sheer-sided gorges and rushing waterfalls, or fly over the World Heritage listed Purnululu National Park, home to the Bungle Bungles. Explore the ancient gorges in the Pilbara, scuba dive with the whale sharks at Ningaloo Marine Park, get acquainted with the dolphins at Monkey Mia, experience and marvel at the variety of up to 12,000 species of wildflowers in season, discover the romance and character of the Goldfields, or marvel at spectacular Wave Rock and the eerie Pinnacles.

In Perth you'll find everything to make your holiday complete - superb restaurants, beautiful beaches, cultural pursuits, world-class golf courses, a casino, river cruising, historic and cosmopolitan Fremantle, Swan Valley wineries and idyllic Rottnest Island.

Venture further south and take a walk on the Busselton Jetty (renowned as the longest jetty in the Southern Hemisphere), then delight your taste buds with the award wining wines and gourmet food on offer in Margaret River, or take a walk amongst the Valley of the Giants.

Whatever your passion Western Australia is waiting for you - so pack you bags and be prepared to check out some of the most spectacular, untouched natural scenery in the world!
